This is a Couple's Communication group, focused on supporting couples in improving communication. Meeting weekly for 60 minutes, the group is in an online live classroom learning style, focused on teaching skills to help you communicate more effectively. Each session covers 1-2 exercises enhancing communication within the context of the relationship. *Not covered by insurance.

DBT for Anxiety
This is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills group, focused on supporting you in managing anxiety. Meeting weekly, the group is in a online live classroom learning style, focused on teaching skills to help you reduce anxiety. Each session includes a grounding or mindfulness activity, and covers an exercise/activity from 1 of 3 domains of DBT; interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation. Ideal for anyone who is seeing a therapist for anxiety.

Ideal for anyone who is seeing a therapist for depression.

Stress Management for Adolescent Girls
This is Stress Management group, focused on supporting teens in managing everyday stress related to academics, social interaction, and family life. Meeting 2x weekly for 45 minutes, the group is in a online live classroom learning style, focused on teaching skills to help you reduce stress. Each session includes a grounding or mindfulness activity, and covers an exercise/activity supporting development of stress management skills.
