I offer group workshops in Mindfulness, Coping Skills, and relationship health. I also conduct weekly group therapy for DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) forms of treatment for anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug addiction trauma, and personality disorder. My most popular weekly therapy group is Anger Management. These workshops and groups are available online, so you can learn and grow in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Group openings vary. Some are open to new participants at any time, and others can only accept new members within the first few sessions. Some of the groups have limited enrollment for greater levels of support for each client who attend the session.
