Curriculum based therapy groups can help you work through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

 

Groups are available in the evening hours, and in the convenience of your own home. I provide online group therapy through a secure HIPAA compliant platform to help you achieve your goal of an emotionally healthier you from the comfort and safety of your own home.
